Physical Therapy

What is Physical Therapy?

You've likely come across this page because you or a loved one is experiencing pain or a loss of mobility and function. You have come to the right place! We are mobility experts. Doctors of Physical Therapy are trained in the assessment and treatment of pain and mobility impairments that may arise secondary to dysfunction of the body's musculoskeletal system, neurological system, or vestibular system. Reducing pain and restoring function is our priority and passion.

PT Evaluation 90 min- $120

Your first visit will be an evaluation. I will assess your specific individual needs by utilizing a combination of tests and measures and your history of events. From this assessment, an individualized plan of care that will best address your needs will be established. I set aside 1.5 hours to fully assess more complex cases; for less complex cases, this will allow us time to initiate treatment immediately following the evaluation. This extra time gives us the opportunity to try and relieve some of your pain, and get you started on corrective exercises for home.

Treatment

After an evaluation has been performed, treatment will be initiated using a combination of exercise, manual therapy, therapeutic modalities, patient education, and other common therapy treatments. Treatment sessions will vary in duration based on what I recommend or what you have time for. Listed below are the three most common options. Other options can be discussed if a longer duration session is ideal.

Treatment Session 60 min - $100

Treatment Session 45 min - $75

Treatment Session 30 min - $50

*Do I need a referral from my physician?

No. In the state of Oklahoma, Direct Access allows a PT to evaluate and treat an individual for 30 days before needing a physician's approval. This gives you the option of seeing a physical therapist first. We are trained in identifying red flags or any signs or symptoms that are out of our scope of practice. If necessary, we can make further recommendations or contact your PCP.
